Hb dress out

The next Hotbuy is out! It is the dress and one I really liked. Amazingly its 23 stardollars which is rather dear but it is a hb, I guess. It is from Bisou and originally came from a dress by Miu Miu as shown below. I really do like it and I am so tempted to buy it, but 23 is alot.! I am going to need your help, do you think I should buy it, will you be buying it?
