Where's the Shine / Gaga makeup

We all know LUXE
luxe is very known for it's sparkle and shine
but lately I've noticed that when you put luxe
on top of a colour it just stays the same.
But when you put LUXE by it's self it SHINES
[I'm complaining at all about it].
It's just odd



Anyway I made a gaga make-up thingy
