Hotbuys Wing tee

The wing top costs 16 stardollars and is from the female stardoll store. Not a bad price, much cheaper than some of last months tops. I am not the biggest fan of the top itself though. There is random orange bits at the shoulder and it doesn't really fit the medolls shape, it looks a bit saggy, but do you like it?

This is the top I could find that was most like it, it is by Topshop. The real version is nicer in my opinion. The shape is nice and it doesn't have odd shoulder stripes.

Important message

Hello, I have tried to keep this blog updated constantly and make sure it has the latest store news, but sometimes I am unsure if anybody is reading it? I just wanted to do a quick check to see if anyone is? I like to know your feedback and suggestions about the blog.


Amanda is very busy right now and I am afraid I am very busy too, I may not be able to write here for much longer :(

Hotbuys swimsuit

The hotbuys swimsuit is out already from Rio and costs 21 stardollars. That is a large amount to pay for a swim suit and sadly it doesn't look very 3-d on my medoll.  It has got a nice pattern though and the shape is good.  I do not see it being the most popular hotbuy, but if many people do not like it, then it could become very rare.

It is possibly inspired by this swimsuit by La Perla, the real swimsuit has sequins on it.

Do you like it? Will you buy it despite the price?

Hotbuys flower dress

The hotbuys floral dress is 23 stardollars!  Prices on stardoll seem to be very high this month, even for regular clothes. However, the dress is such nice colours and suits almost any medoll.  It is from Bonjour Bisou store in starplaza.

It looks very like this dress by D&G, except stardoll made the colours simpler, I like the real dress, but for stardoll the colour change was a good choice, it would have been hard to replicate the pattern on stardoll.

Hotbuys feather earrings

The first hotbuy for June is out. I can't believe May is over already, it seemed to fly. The earrings are available from Glam'R us and cost only 8 stardollars. The earrings are very nice colours and the price is very fair.

It is possibly inspired by this pair of earrings from Topshop, they look very similar and have the same detailing.

 I can't help but think how many feather earrings there have been as hotbuys before. Stardoll must really like feather earrings, they are really nice as fashion statements.

New theme, Pattern Play

I love this new theme, the clothes are colorful, summery and have gorgeous prints. They have begun to be released in starplaza already. It is good to see nice styled outfits again, for a while I wasn't to sure about a few of the themes.
